OpenText not only needed a robust and customizable mobile app for there events, but white-glove service to attend the fast paced and ever changing requirements on demand both prior to, during, and post events. Before ConvoSpark, their main challenge was finding a mobile app provider that was able to accommodate these needs.

Solution:

We’ve literally traveled the world with OpenText, meeting their needs for not only pre-event but coming onsite for nearly half of their seventeen event world tour to ensure the mobile app was a success and had the support they required. ConvoSpark has since provided customizations, workarounds, and creative solutions to meet these needs, and has shared many unique dishes from all corners of the world in the process 🙂

Result:

ConvoSpark and OpenText are now one team when it comes to the mobile app for their events. We’ve increased attendee app adoption rate, engagement, surveys, and more and it continues to improve by being at their side for all their major events.
