Fidelity was in need of white-glove service and support for the mobile app for their events. With so many great features in the mobile app, often times it requires a full time specialist that focus’s just on managing the mobile app, and they didn’t have enough resources in house to manage this.
We took over the heavy lifting portion of the mobile event app, everything from content management, setting up all of the available features of the app, and on demand support for ongoing changes.
Fidelity’s mobile apps no longer have missing content, is always up-to-date, and the client now has a reliable team to fall back on when they need support.
